杨忠才先生携著名古筝演奏家教育家陈文英女士创办的加拿大英才音乐学院，成功获得加拿大政府教育机构认证， 并加入加拿大BC省教育体系。英才音乐学院获得为留学本院修满学分的留学生颁发全球认可的演奏家证书的学位授权。中国民族乐器落地海外，迈向世界高等学府，英才音乐学院走出坚实的步伐。
Mr. Yang Zhongcai's 50-year journey in erhu performance and teaching has nurtured his profound understanding of traditional Chinese music and exceptional artistic prowess. He's crafted a comprehensive framework for teaching these national instruments, driven by his passion for preserving folk and ethnic art forms. With Ms. Chen Wenying, the celebrated guzheng performer and educator, he founded the Canadian Y.C. Music Academy. This institution gained official recognition from Canadian educational bodies and is now integrated into the BC education system. It offers international students universally acknowledged performer certificates, marking a significant step for Chinese traditional instruments to spread overseas and enter the realm of global higher education.
